Finite element method (FEM) is frequently used in the seat industry, as well aircraft which a sub-branch of it, especially last 10-15 years. Developments finite (FE) analysis have enabled safer and cheaper designs to be created industry. The accuracy performed while using this extremely important. For reason, creating model, some important parameters must selected processed correctly for model give correct result. These can listed size, time scale, type, material model. verification (FEA) results usually done experimental methods. It known that almost equivalent are obtained when aforementioned modeled correctly. This study aims perform static stress topology optimization an airplane FEM. stresses displacements at calculated under simulated loading conditions. Thanks study, weight minimized by 30% without sacrificing safety. A comparison from FE analytical models indicates reasonable correlation, demonstrating confidence our analysis.
